Service Description
Who wants a meal plan full of things they don't like, don't have time to cook, or don't know how to prepare? More importantly, what happens when you've already eaten everything on it (or not), and don't want to make it again? These are all the reasons we don't do "meal plans". We work with you to create an individualized menu that works for you (and your family too!), based on your preferences, available time, and budget. As we go through the process together, you'll learn about the components of a healthful and enjoyable meal so you will have the skills to build menus with confidence for years to come!
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Patient's preferred payment method must be provided at time of scheduling, and will be retained for scheduling all future visits. Any balance due will be charged at the conclusion of each visit. Patients choosing to utilize health insurance coverage are responsible for verification of benefits, and will be charged for any remaining balance due (deductible, copayment, or coinsurance) after claims have been processed. No-show or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a no-show fee of $50.00, which will be charged to the payment method on file. Failure to provide prompt payment for services rendered will result in termination of care.
