Service Description
Menu development sessions are a great way to add a few more tools to your belt. Maybe you're ready to tackle freezer friendly batch-cooking, or you need a few more lunch options. You may be in a new season of life, had a schedule shift, or are re-assessing your health goals. Whatever the reason, we're here to help!
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Patient's preferred payment method must be provided at time of scheduling, and will be retained for scheduling all future visits. Any balance due will be charged at the conclusion of each visit. Patients choosing to utilize health insurance coverage are responsible for verification of benefits, and will be charged for any remaining balance due (deductible, copayment, or coinsurance) after claims have been processed. No-show or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a no-show fee of $50.00, which will be charged to the payment method on file. Failure to provide prompt payment for services rendered will result in termination of care.
