Service Description
Grab your list and lets go shopping! This is a client favorite, and for good reason! This class allows us to be side by side as we navigate the grocery store aisles, reading labels, seeking out snacks, and finding the best budget buys for healthful eating. A spouse, partner, or primary support person is welcome and encouraged to participate. To maximize our time together, it is recommended that grocery store tours be scheduled after the completion of an initial consultation. Currently limited to stores within the Northwest Arkansas area. If you have questions regarding your preferred location, please contact prior to booking.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Patient's preferred payment method must be provided at time of scheduling, and will be retained for scheduling all future visits. Any balance due will be charged at the conclusion of each visit. Patients choosing to utilize health insurance coverage are responsible for verification of benefits, and will be charged for any remaining balance due (deductible, copayment, or coinsurance) after claims have been processed. No-show or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a no-show fee of $50.00, which will be charged to the payment method on file. Failure to provide prompt payment for services rendered will result in termination of care.
